Hi, after some ideas on what I can do at home of an evening after my dd goes to bed. I get so bored, think my brain is shrinking. I’ve done match betting Blush, online dating (not going well), not too fussed about watching tv. Any ideas?

Read. Don't get hooked into betting online. I was you some years ago. Go to your local library and get some books. Good luck!

Hello :)
What is match betting?
I'm fed up of flicking through social media so trying to force the tv on myself. There are some good series on at the moment so not too bad. I have a little nose on MN, clean (watching wayyy too much of Mrs Finch on Instagram), take super long bubbles baths with a glass of wine, read, swipe left left left on tinder....

I am a single parent to 4 teens, eldest has bought his own house.

What I do in the evenings is have a bath and go to bed. I usually watch Netflix.
But I am generally in bed by 8pm.

I am not a single parent anymore. But do gets up for work at 3am. So is already in bed.

So my evenings have remained the same as they did when I was single. Ds goes to bed, I do some yoga (I do a sport twice a week that I need to flexible for), read, make mine and ds lunch for tomorrow. Give a friend a call. Catch up on boring jobs like house insurance. Sometimes have my best friend round.

Now bake off has started I am doing that! Grin

Read. Watch Netflix. Write (stories/poems/journal). Listen to music. Internet browsing. FaceTime friends who live away.
