Help? How do I introduce two of my friends to each other?

Ok, Here's the thing. I'm male. One of my work colleagues is gay woman, I have another female friend who is pansexual. I really suspect they would like each other. (I don't mean sexually, I have no idea what either consider to be attractive in another woman, and frankly it's none of my business or concern but I think they would get on socially. )

They have (very) similar interests, are similar ages, live within 20 miles of each other but are both pretty solitary - and I suspect lonely - and would be unlikely to bump into each other. We live in a very rural environment.

I have no idea - I am way older than both of them - how to put them in touch with each other that doesn't look creepy or manipulative. Any suggestions?

Suggest going out for drinks?

If you can’t face hosting a drinks ‘do’, inviting them and a few others over for a couple of hours, have you a job ( gardening/decorating etc) that you could say you were struggling with alone and ask them over to help with the promise of a pizza at the end of the day.
I have quite a few successful matches amongst my circle.
One the best was a couple who I knew would find it difficult if they were put on the spot. I asked each if they would help marshal at a charity event I was involved with and, when it finished a barbecue had been arranged to thank the volunteers. My friends have been dating for over a year now.
