I recently received training about this app. I don’t work for them and have no agenda, I just thought it’d be useful to share it here.

It provides all sorts of information for people who are/think they might be experiencing domestic abuse.

Functionalities include:

  • a questioning process which helps you to understand whether you are on the receiving end of abusive behaviour. These are the same questions used by police when they attend potential DV situations. I guess this is particularly helpful in instances of coercive control.
  • a journal which is linked to a totally secret email account so that you can log and document any incidents/pictures. These have already been successfully used in prosecution of perpetrators.
  • support services, both local to you and national.

This app can be used by someone experiencing DA or by someone concerned about someone else.

I don’t work directly in Domestic abuse but my job is linked to it. I can not vouch for its effectiveness and others may wish to critique it. However, it seems like a good resource to me. More info can be found here:
