Me VS phone - phone winning!

My husband is always on his phone. He is often so engrossed I have to repeat myself several times to get through to him and it’s really getting me down. Sometimes I just give up trying to interact with him as he doesn’t even notice I’m trying to talk to him. I am the sort of person who loves a good chat so am finding it hard. I try to go out , make friends and chat with them to lessen the ‘burden’ on DH but I can’t do that all the time!!

Also - it makes trying to ‘sort home issues’ hard such as what we are doing in a day to getting things fixed etc.

Text him and tell him to put it down or fuck off. Then tell him you're sick of being single and if he doesn't step up you'll go find a man that will.

What's he doing on his phone instead of talking to you?

Chatting to other women ? Games? Social media ?
