Leaving my husband but need help

I have no family to support me and although I have friends to socialise with, none that I could turn to or get support with childcare from (I have tried!)
I want to leave my husband, with my son. I could cope financially if I kept my job but need help to get my son to and from school on the days I work.
How have others managed with this?

Child minder/nanny or breakfast club? Tax credits can help with childcare costs.

Would there be days when your exDH had your son? Could you work longer days then? Is he your son's dad?

Does your school have breakfast club and afterschool club?
They're life savers.
