That's it really. I need some good books and youtube channels to help me deal with my narcist ex and deal with the abuse he's put me through. I've read living with the dominator and why does he do it. Thanks

Dr Les Carter appears on a few different YouTube channels talking about dealing with dysfunctional and narcissistic people. He's very good, and very reassuring.

'Start Here' by Dana Morningstar. 'You Can Thrive after Narcissistic Abuse' by Melanie Tonia Evans. Both have YouTube channels and websites with lots of free information too.

Lundy Bancroft - why does he do that.

There also used to be a speech type thing Lundy did in YouTube covering some of the book s themes but I'm not sure if it's still up.
