DH smokes weed and won’t stop groping me

DH smokes weed often recreationally which I was fine with and would ocassionally join in if we had the night without DC but recently his use has become daily with other recreational drugs ocassionally which I’m not okay with especially infront of DC. He is constantly groping me no matter what my response. I love him and don’t want to leave him but I’m at my wits end. I don’t know why I’m posting this I just needed to get it out WWYD?

Does he want to stop the drug habit or continue it?

He smokes cannabis in front of your child, so your children are therefore breathing in cannabis smoke and he sexually assaults you.

What do you want to happen in this situation?

What are you getting out of this now in terms of your own needs being met?.

Why would you not want to leave such an individual whose primary relationship is with weed and other illegal substances?.

Love is not enough. Are you really confusing love here with codependency; why are his needs more important than yours or for that matter your children's. They are seeing and hearing this all at home and they will certainly pick up on all the vibes, both spoken and unspoken, between you and his dad. You cannot and will not be able to fully protect them from all this around them. Is this model of a relationship really a good one to be showing them?.

Wow - what an amazing role model for your DC!!????
A drug addict for a dad and a sexual predator for a dad. Great!
You know what to do OP.
You are just afraid right now.
Change is very scary.
But your DC growing up thinking this is normal is even more scary.
Show them that no-one puts up with this.
Show them how strong you are.

Do you have family or friends around?
You need some support right now.
What is the living situation?

I'm not particularly anti drugs - but in front of children? No way.

Also the groping is appalling.

I'm also wondering who you have around for support. A lot needs to change here, for the wellbeing of everyone involved.

You need to get the kids out of that environment!
