Have changed my name for this;
last night me and DP had blazing row in which i told him i was going to stab him in his sleep and then i got so upset that he hid the knives from me whilst i was begging him to slit my wrists, i have been feeling quite depressed recently (im also pregnant) he rang up my parents to take me home because he said he doesnt feel safe sleeping around me, i can understand what hes saying, is this the end of us???
WHAT HAVE I DONE???????????????
i didnt mean it and love him more than ive ever loved anybody, we have been together 3.5 years and i fear this might be the end of us
Please tell me what a stupid bitch i am

oh my god , i thinl you really need to seek advice asap....if ur gp wont entertain you then u need to go to a&e. whats going to happen when ur baby comes along,because children dont fix problems....they cause more, you seriously need to think about what road ur going to go down because at the moment your mood swings will not be a great place for ur child to be brought into

Agree with the other recent posts. Ignore the GP you saw and either go and see another one (if your practice has more than one)today or go to A&E and ask for help. You recognise you have a problem so you are half way there - do not give up. There will be a professional clinician prepared to help, it is question of finding the right person.

Your over-doses - are they for attention or do you want to die?

CPB
There's been lots of tears and high drama round my house since getting preggers - I feel sorry for the neighbours - broken glass, husband threatening to leave, physical roughness between us. I've cried myself to sleep a number of times. I know that this is not uncommon.

You are not mad, or any more mad than any other person in the world.

Get a good book - Mind over Mood by Green and Padesky, cognitive behavioural techniques - read it and start doing the exercises. Also, start sharing more (you already did that one!) before things get really bad. Vocalise your needs. If you need a hug off your partner, ask for one. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
