I've finally done it. After 15 years of controlling and coercive behaviour I involved the police, saw a solicitor and went to court. Been granted an emergency non molestation order and a prohibitive steps order. Process server on his way to serve the papers now.

I thought I'd be happy, but it's just sad that it had to come to this. I am relieved though. Spent years believing him when he said no one would believe me. Now he can't even access my road let alone the house.

He tried to hide so they couldn't serve the papers. His new girlfriend lied and said he wasn't home. How pathetic!
