I don't feel like I ever catch a break... and I know others are the same. So tell me how to get rid of the constant anxiety of a crappy marriage, a poorly child, a secret debt and the guilt of working all the time. Any/all advise great fully received xx

What is in your power to change?
Could you afford some counselling to find out more about yourself and what you really want?
Life is unrelenting, but so short. Deep breaths, try to listen to yourself and go from there Flowers

Get your money sorted first. You can't leave a marriage broke. I know because I tried. Your poorly child is heartbreaking for you and the guilt of working is rubbish. But reframe it that you're working to pave the future for them. But definitely sort the money. I feel for you OP, I've had about 5 years now of one thing after another. Feels like bad karma sometimes! Big love to you though x

I hear ya.
10 years of crap for me and it just keeps coming.
Anti-D's aren't doing much but I have now been put on a CBT course which I'm hoping will help.
Then grief counselling.
I'm just plodding on one day at a time.
See what you can change.
Can you discuss your debt and get it out there?
Look to get some support from your GP as well.
There's only so much we can cope with before we need some help.
Please reach out.
