Cafcass, no phone call

Posted for traffic (and name change!). My husband and I have separated. Very EA relationship. Cafcass were due to phone me today, but haven't called at the appointment time. Should I be worried and what should I do? We have family court next week and there are safeguarding matters to discuss.

I have a relative going through this at the moment. They have had terrible trouble dealing with them. Incorrect reports produced and when they ring to get them corrected they never call back.

I emailed them and no reply.
I'm really worried, reading other people's accounts, that they'll put me down as "couldn't get in touch with" and my ex will have his side but I won't get a chance to put mine across.
🤢 If that happens, with the utter nonsense he is trying to put across, it will be a disaster!

My relative had their first appointment last week. They tried to point out their report was missing half the information it needed. They were told to be quiet and that was that. Their solicitor had advised not complaining as it doesn't look good on them. They sound totally unprofessional to me.
