Hi

Long story short, I've found myself in what I guess is an emotional affair with my ex. Several times we have agreed this is a stupid idea and called it off...and several times one of us has caved and messaged the other.

We have once again agreed to stop talking. I am feeling stronger about it than I have in the past but am still struggling to resist the temptation to break the silence!

Please give me some (preferably kind) words of wisdom to stay strong!!!

Block then delete his number.

Or leave your husband.

Are you married? Happily? To the father of your child/ children?

Block and delete.

Block delete. Quickly before you ruin what you have now.
