Hi,
My husband and I separated almost 5 years ago. We have a 6 year old together. We are yet to divorce; from my side because I think I hoped we might get back together. From his side, it seems he wants our child to see that I divorced him rather than vice-versa.

He has recently announced he has a new partner who he wants me to meet. And for me, this has now made me finally want to divorce.

I have so many questions about divorce and child residency / the future / money etc. But as with many single parents, I have very little spare cash.

I would really appreciate a family lawyer who might be willing for me to PM them with some Qs...

Thanks in advance...

How would your DC know who'd divorced whom? And why shouldn't you divorce him if he left you?

What financial contributions does he make at the moment?
