Seriously, that's about it! Kids, partners, family, at what point does it just tip into impossibility? You can't do right for doing wrong, you can't please everyone never mind anyone. You try looking after yourself and putting yourself first cos that's what you're meant to do...
Does anyone else had trouble adulting or am I just a poor adaptor?

Sometimes I want somebody to look after myself but these days are long gone, ostrich approach doesn’t work either.
What’s troubling you OP?

YourSarcasmIsDripping · 17/03/2019 00:21

I keep my list of people that I try to keep happy extremely short.

Guess I'm an adult..job,kid,partner,home. I'm doing...ok. I could be a better mum,a better girlfriend..I should have a better job and we definitely need a bigger home. But it's..ok,and that's good enough.
