Is an exact foot difference in height weird? After how long do you get in their car?

Two very random and unrelated questions:

1)Is an exact foot difference in height weird (where the man is a foot (11 inches) taller)

2. Say you meet someone online and then meet up with them. After how long do you get in their car? I know it's once you know them well enough but how long is long enough? A lot of people can give off good vibes as a lot of criminals etc can be very charming, normal etc. for any length of time.

Well. A foot taller would be twelve inches. I don't think it's that unusual - most couple would just get used to it but it would stick out a bit in photos 😁

I think a foot taller is fine. DH turned out to be almost a foot taller and than me (6ft 7!) and after the initial surprise it was fine. I really like it.

Agree with pp, definitely engage the weirdo radar re getting in their car!

As pp said an exact foot difference in height usnt an issue.....but a foot is 12 inches.

I dont see why an exact foot is an issue, any more than 11 or 13 inches.

The car? How long do you usually know someone when you get into their car?

I'm 5ft1 DH is 6ft1

I’m 5’4 DH is 6’4, doesn’t look at all odd. I got in his car after a week of knowing him, he met me at the station for our second proper date. I knew he was the one for me by then already though!

The height issue isn’t weird. Wouldn’t bother me but I like tall men.

I met an online date and then got in his car after about 2 hours when we finished our drinks. I’m still alive

If you find yourself washing your hair in his shower while he makes breakfast, that's usually a sign that you might be ready to get in his car.

My exH was 6'3, and i am 5' exactly. Its not weird. My current BF is 5'10 (he likes to tell me he is nearly 6' but he isn't ) and thats about perfect for me.

I got in the current BFs car on our second date, when he came to pick me up. We met through a mutual friend though, and i know loads of people who used to work with him, so it didnt feel as weird as it might do getting in a relative strangers car.

I'm 4'11" and DH is 6'2"- I don't think it looks weird at all! And no one has ever commented (not to my face anyway! )
