Paranoia will annoy her!
Hello everyone I am looking for tips and advice on the best way to stop this crippling paranoia that seems to of come from nowhere.
I have had bad depression in the past but I did the course of meds and after a few turbulent years I got back onto my feet and turned everything around, got myself into a very good job which I enjoy and wake up each morning wanting to go into work! We are buying our first house and are in the final stages of exchange and everything is just peachy
Until… about 3 weeks ago, my husband got in touch with an old-school friend – a women. Let me just point this out! I am a fierce independent woman; I do not control my husband! He does what he wants when he likes with who whom he likes and the only thing he ever needs to do is check if we have already organised something. We have been together nearly 7 years! And I have never ever doubted him not even once!
But literally since that moment this paranoia has just spread like a cancer and I can’t control it! I know what I am feeling is completely irrational and wrong! I know the thoughts I am having are completely unfounded. No matter how much I want to search and find something there is nothing there. I and know there is nothing there. but this is driving me to insanity!
I have spoken to the women and she is a really nice person and isnt even the issue... what is wrong with me!!
All I keep thinking of doing is leaving my husband who I love with everything I have but that is the only way I can see to do to stop these feelings.
