Have seen a lawyer last week, had 30 free mins, very helpful. Was going to approach husband and try to explain that a lawyer is going to cost lots, money means everything to him...... then bam!!!!
Phonecall a very close family member has a bad accident, husband flys home (long way) family member had life changing injuries. I’m absolutely heart broken for them. But husband is now sending £1000’s to his family. The joint bank account will be emptied very soon and this is an injury in a county where there is no help so will be expensive for ever.
Please don’t get me wrong as I’m devastated for them but I’m worried about the situation here. The lawyer said the better he looks financially the better the outcome will be. At the time he had a good pot of money but it’s disappearing very quickly. I don’t really know what to do.
