Selling house after Order for Sale agreed by Judge

I received an order for sale at my second court hearing, my husband didn't turn up to any of them and has not complied in the divorce whatsoever. After he was convicted of assaulting me, i received a 2 year restraining order which has been breached once.

I have had an offer no the house which i have accepted, but i have now been informed he needs to sign the contract with the solicitor to sell and he will also need to sign the deeds.

He hasn't turned up to anything and no doubt won't comply with the sale.

Does anyone know, how straight forward it is to get a Judge to sing on his behalf? The buyers are keen to move and i don't want to loose the sale waiting for an app at court fo the Judge to sign.

Usually judges will sign if an order of sale has been granted, you need to get this moving with the courts

I have put an application in just hope it doesn't take too long to get to court.
