So by this weekend would be our 6th date! Been only seeing each other 3 wks, he's implied he's doing something for Valentine's so today I bought him a card but so hard trying to chose the wording?! Anyway I got one but I want to get something else, any ideas?! X

I'd keep it low key. A dandelion and a chomp.

pissedonatrain · 12/02/2019 22:51

the card is plenty

AdaColeman · 12/02/2019 22:54

Bottle of champagne to share.

Bananalanacake · 12/02/2019 23:00

A Chomp. You mean the chocolate bar. Haven't seen those for years.

pickledpink · 12/02/2019 23:13

Ohhh like the champagne idea
Yeah low key and a card
Good I was thinking the same but didn't know if it was not enough x

Definitely keep it low key.

He might have said he's busy that day because he's not really ready to do the whole valentines thing yet.

pickledpink · 12/02/2019 23:22

No sorry as in he's implied he is doing something for me Valentine's Day. Which is the weekend as we both have children and not seeing each other in the week just weekends when we can
So he's booked a meal Saturday eve and implied about getting me something x

pickledpink · 13/02/2019 19:55

Neither am I...hope he's got me a card though as I have him!!! X
