Dreams

So I'm very happily married and have been with my partner for 10 years.

So why do I always dream about ex's? Not necessarily sexual (sometimes are) but more about seeing them again and falling back in love with them.

Last night I dreamt about falling in love with an ex and then a separate dream about some guy I went to school with sneaking in the bathroom whilst I was in the bath....and I don't even think he's attractive.

I have a healthy sex life too so no idea why I have these dreams Confused

I can't help you with your dreams but I've never dreamt about my OH, we've been together 5 years. Sometimes dreams start off like it is him and then they turn into other people ( usually ex's ).

Odd!

I once had an extremely vivid dream about Bruce Willis which has made watching Die Hard an entirely different experience! I've never found him attractive.

The other night I dreamt that OH and I rode a tandem bike to Amsterdam (we live in the UK, about 600 miles away from Amsterdam). When we got there we checked into our hotel and I saw people being interviewed by TV reporters outside so went to look. When I got back OH had done a runner with all my stuff and had taken most of the bike, leaving me with just a wheel and seat...basically a unicycle. I found a note from him that said I cycle too slow so he was heading off to Asia on his bike without me.

I spoke with him in the morning and he assures me that he has no intention of us riding a tandem bike anywhere, let alone to the Netherlands, and that he'd at least leave me my credit card so that I could get home safely.

Dreams don't literally represent anything, so dreams about falling in love with an ex wouldn't mean that you're going to or would want to.

No idea what my bike dream could possibly mean though!

Hahha these replies made me chuckle. It's more that it's such a common occurrence. Very strange but at least they make bed time a little more intriguing!
