Do men get better with age? Looks/personality wise

Just a generic question really
I have been with my dp for about 15 years. Tbh, since I met him I used to get loads of attention out n about. He was really paranoid/jealous at the start because of this.
Anyhow, in the last few years he gets a lot of attention ! He's now 34 n he has aged really well but has a lot of women interested in him/flirt with him. It gets me really worried I know I shouldn't be like this but it just seems when he hit his 30s he's had a huge surge from women!
Is it a general thing?

No, I don't think men age better; only in their minds.

I think women tend to be more interested in men aged 30s and a little older because they might not be a childish, have a career, and possibly more interested in settling down.

Are you a bit jealous he’s getting attention now and not you? Does it matter if your both in a committed relationship though?
