Have been together 15 years. Two children, 10 and 4.
My husband is 7 years older, I am 43.
My problem is lack of intamincy.
We can go months and months without sex, cuddles.
We do have good sex but not enough.
When we do have sex, we both agree that we should have sex more often, and that we both enjoy it.
Unless I approach my partner it wouldn’t happen at all.
I do have a higher sex drive admit that, but I feel that we are like brother and sister more than lovers.
We have spoken about this several times over the years, but nothing changes.
I am feeling really unhappy in the relationship because of this and feel unloved.

You've both spoken previously and agreed that there's something that needs to change. That's something to build on. What you need to agree now is how it's going to change.

Think that’s where the problem lies, I don’t know how to move forward or to change things

Well, can you work out what would be ideal for you? That might help sign-post some changes that would help. Or, at the least provide a basis for some further communication.

Is there a general lack of affection outside of the bedroom (meaning no playful hugs, hisses, light caresses, hair stroking, etc.)? When you two have "down" time together ( I know not a lot with a 4 year old), do you try to be affectionate/ bonding/ And if you do, do you get rejected for trying?

There is a total of affection out of the bedroom.
I have given up showing affection. I think it’s because he does not give it back, although I would not get rejected if I do give affection.
Like I say we are more like siblings living together, so sad.😟
