How does mediation work?

Initial mediation meeting on Wednesday not joint wkth ex yet. What will they ask? What should I prepare? Requested due to ex's behaviour and inconsistency regarding contact

You don't need to prepare anything. The first meeting is to tell you about mediation so you can decide whether to have mediation sessions.
