My delightful ex husband has stepped up what has been a year’s worth of abuse and last night driven his vehicle into my house. I’ve an emergency appointment at the solicitor for a non mol and PSO - the Police couldn’t find him to arrest last night so he’s still walking the streets. What happens next? Am I now condoned to living in hell with this? Can’t take much more

I have no experience so just wanted to bump this. It sounds horrible to live with. I assume if he breaches a PSO or non-mol he would be arrested and charged, assuming he hasn't already been. I would also assume a condition of bail would be to not be near you. However that just based on reading here. I think this could actually be a good thing for you that he's done something so public. Good luck!
