Breaking Upwards by Charlotte Friedman was useful for me.
It’s just over one year one for me and I cannot tell you how much better I feel now than I did back then.
My advice is to be really kind to yourself, do whatever it takes to make life easier for yourself and acknowledge you need time to grieve for the loss of what you had/what could or should have been.
