Learning to trust again

I've posted recently in thread he's married

I'm just wondering how anyone learnt to trust again. It's still early days for me, but I really can't see how I could fully trust someone again.

Just looking for some advice or positive stories.

I would say that your post is a bit vague so it’s difficult for people to offer help to you, you might get some more input if you put it in context.
But I think people can trust again, but part of growing up is realising that trust is something that is earned and you should never give it away too freely.

Thank you.

Sorry my post was vague. I've got quite a lengthy post on "married man?" About everything and didn't want to repeat.

I worry that I will now always doubt the next man, will I ever believe anything he says

If you find out, let me know. In the same boat.

Why do they lie?!
