10 years with husband gift or no gift

Hi ladies,
I've been married to my husband for 6 years but it's 10 years that we've been together in a couple of weeks. I'd like to mark the occasion in some way and wondered if you'd get a gift or maybe just go out for dinner or something? We've got a newborn baby so we can't go too far afield just yet but I do want to do something. Plenty of babysitters in my family so we won't have to take kids with us.
Any gift ideas or celebration ideas really welcomed although I don't want to stay in with a nice meal because I had a caesarean and I've been at home for pretty much 6 weeks.
Thank you

Personally I would just enjoy a meal out together and enjoy each other’s company. I have also been with my dh for 10 years, and to be honest, we have run out of gifts to give each other! We didn’t bother with Christmas gifts this year, but instead will have a night away at some point. I think when you have young children, time together is more important than material things.
