Joined a year ago and called myself wrongwayup as everything was - 3 close family members died - 2 violent. rest of family, job, relationship all went into meltdown.

So now have 7000 Credit card and have been drinking loads to cope.
Have had to decide whether to allow myself to go down and join them or not - sink or swim

So I want to swim

I have changed jobs a bit and gone part time
Started therapy, hypnotherapy and acupuncture
Been to Doctor
Sorted a realistic budget so I can get Credit card paid off in 2019

That's great Rightwayup! Swimming sounds like definitely the way. my dh calls it "digging up", which is what I am doing at the moment too. Good luck!

You can do this. A positive mental attitude and realistic expectations go a long way. All the very best - may 2019 be your year.

This is the moment you need to think back to when you need reminding to keep going. When you need to remember how bad it was going to be if you'd given up, and how good it felt to choose life. Keep this moment somewhere special, and remember who you're going to be when you get there. You may not always go forwards, but if you remember this you will get there.
