In need of some advise I have suspected my partner has been taking drugs for nearly a year not and just a couple of weeks ago he completely lost it, punching Everything throwing telling our oldest child that he doesn't want him and that he is a b* and a c** when he had lost it I took the kids else were for a few days and in that time I learnt he was take gas, pot and ice I want to say pack your bags but he is so good at making it out like I'm the bad one and I just don't have the colour but I know I need to for the kids safety I just don't know why he will try and do.

You are absolutely not the wrong one, don’t listen to his nonsense.

Phone women’s aid, they’ll help you figure out the best way to leave. Don’t let him know you’re thinking of leaving, he sounds dangerous.

Taking amphetamines (ice) will leave him in an incredibly volatile place once he 'comes down'. This is more than likely the situation that led to the smashing things episode. Amphetamine abuse mimicks serious MH disorders such as schizophrenia and BP when left unchecked. I can't really emphasise enough just how dangerous and unpredictable long term abuse can make a previously loving and gentle person. And yes, I speak from experience. Please don't hesitate to remove this man from yours and your children's lives until he's clean. Also relapse rates are extremely high with this particular drug so just be aware of that Flowers
