It did for me, I felt sexier, dressed differently. Kelly Brook has dropped two dress sizes and feels better.

No. In fact my weight loss coincided with the break up of my marriage and my husband moving in with a plus-sized woman. I’m sure they have lots of great sex.

Being fit helps your sex life, being fatter makes it more comfortable, imo.

There are limits, of course, but mainly it's how you feel that matters.

While I think Kelly's article is not at all body positive definitely not in keeping with previous articles of hers nor her place on the loose women panel & her boyfriend sounds like a right dick I do believe you have better sex when you feel more confident with yourself... if my boyfriend called me a balloon he'd be swallowing one!!
