How can you leave abusive partner?

If someone has an abusive partner who wouldn't hurt the children but also wouldn't keep them safe (at a very young age where they need supervision and are dependant on parents) but there's no witnesses to the violence then how can you leave?
Courts would give access unsupervised even if it wasn't straight away without evidence so what option is there that keeps the children safe other than to stay and not leave him alone with the children?

You need legal advice.

I left EA partner. Had to do it through the courts whilst living with him. It was a nightmare.

However he isn't unsafe for the kids to be with so not the same scenario and I can't fully answer your question.
