Looking for girl friends who like to travel

I am 35, married, with no kids and work in IT. My husband doesn't really like travelling but I do. I wouldn't go so far as to call myself adventurous when it comes to travel but I do enjoy it and I'd love to go somewhere
new with friends and try a few new things.
Are there any clubs in/around London I can join to make this a reality?

If you want to go travelling with other people have you looked with any group holiday companies? I travelled with Intrepid and loved it. We were in a group of about 12 some of whom were solo travellers and it was great. Would strongly recommend it

I've been looking for someone to go galley or theatre with. 38.max factor gift Also live in London. Am single parent to ds and am lonely when he is at his dad's. I've looked st meetups but haven't found something which feels right.

Cool @NeverStopTravelling, I know intrepid - I know someone who works there :) But I was thinking of meeting people locally for some activity (like a hiking or badminton or something outdoorsy) and then booking a trip with people I kinda know and feel comfortable with.

You should start your own meet-up group.
People will probably be motivated to get fir after Xmas. Everyone is too busy now.

There's lots of groups on 'Meet Up', for socialising and for solo travellers
