I’ve posted about my Mother before, horrific childhood. I was a parentified child and apart from my not going to prison, I am nearly a full scorer on the ACE index.
I’ve gone very low contact with my mother, I barely speak to her. I actually am quite happy about this.
However, we are moving, not super close, but in a town near to her due to work.
Do I tell her? I’ve graduated and got an amazing degree result and it never occurred to me to tell her, even now, I know it’s a bit silly but it’s my achievement (to be fair it was on FB) and I did it without her help.
Gosh, she makes my skin crawl, I think I’d be happy to let her crack on and never darken her door again.
