Tonight, I am half outraged and half depressed. I have shared custody of 2 DC with XH. Since he moved in with his girlfriend he has obsessed over changing DC school to his new neighbourhood. We had a case conference were the judge recommendation was to stay. He is taking me to court again, this time for a bunch of different private schools at $25k/year per kid. To support his case he has been trying to disparage the current school and he has ambushed me bringing strangers to school case conferences. Last time it was a friend of her girlfriend and I expressed my opposition to sharing my DC confidential information to the full board, so she was not allowed to attend. However he asked for another meeting behind my back and brought her along. I am outraged that the school shared confidential information with her with my clear and expressed opposition (and then they ask me to sign to share the same info with the school psychologist!). I am even more angry at my XH thinking he can do whatever he wants no matter what I think. In the meantime I can't even baptize my DD because he decided to play the religion card to move schools and is now not from the same religion we always were.
Just that, needed to let it out. What is the point of been reasonable when having shared custody if there is no consequences for doing what you wish?
