Hi everyone, need some mum advice, me and my ex have been spilt up since 2013 at the time I lived in Oldham but moved to Ramsbottom few years later to be with my partner and moved my son to a local school, the agreement for contact was made verbally of
Week 1 full week Friday through to sunday at dads
Week 2 Friday till dinner time Saturday at dads and them he is returned to mine.
After many months of my son being kept up late and returning home late I decided to ask his father for my full weekend back as this was agreed at the very start and the new agreement abouve ws put in place when I moved my sons school out of good will for his dad.
This has now created a massive issue as his dad is now trying to take me to court for the Friday back however I have offered him much more contact than he first have
Week 1 full weekend Friday to Monday morning and do the school run
Week 2 With mum
Wednesday pick up from school and take to rugby at 6.30 mum pick up at 7 with regular phone calls and face time.
im nervous to go to court so I need some advice, my circumstances have changed I now have a 10 month old that he wants to see.
Does any one know if I have a chance of keeping my full weekend
