Can I make my husband leave?

I'm really unhappy with my relationship with dh... Have posted other threads. I keep thinking of leaving but actually I own the house so can I ask him to leave? What can I do?

Take legal advice, but almost certainly not without a court order. It's the marital home, and - irrespective of whose name it is in - he has a claim over it in any divorce.

How long have you been married? Even if you owned the house before you married and it's in your name it's a marital asset unless it's a very very short marriage. You need legal advice asap!
