Still hung up on my ex!

Was with ex for 7 years , 2 children . Left me for older woman (were 23 she’s 39) ... a year on he’s awful to me, awful to kids but new woman and him still happier than ever doing all the things I wanted to do with him. Why does he get to be happy ??? Where’s the justice :( me & the kids have been flung aside like a dirty napkin !

I think u need to go find a new guy, this will help u move on. You deserve better so does your children x

Try not to contrast and compare and focus on you and the kids... as hard as I know it is, you gotta just let it go and move on.

Is he the father of the kids?

He’s the father of them both yes. We’re going through court at moment as he continues to let them down ! But I just still love him a year on despite all he has done to us 😩xxx

Have you had any counseling for yourself, to help move on?
