Not sure how I feel about this

Bit of a weird one really. For some reason I decided to look in my hubbys work bag and I stumbled across a vape and paraphernalia. I know it's his as I also snooped at his eBay (bad I know) and he has been buying the bits for it on there for over 2 years on and off.
I'm completely fine with him doing it, doesn't bother me at all but it's left me thinking what else isn't he telling me about? Why does he feel the need to hide it? Not sure whether to admit to seeing it or not. What would you do?

I was a "secret" smoker for years. Not that such a thing exists. I was always embarrassed about being a smoker.

Then I started vaping to stop smoking, even though everyone knew I still hid it. And still hide it at work!

It's just a habit. The hiding that is, not the vaping. That's something else!

He’s probably just embarrassed. Or perhaps doesn’t want you to know so he doesn’t get in the habit of doing it around you. I’d leave him to it to be honest!

Thanks for your responses. I just find it bizarre. I don't think I'm going to say anything, maybe he'll tell me at some point.
I know he was a smoker years ago before we met but he's definitely Erin vaping for over 2 years according to his buyer history. I just don't understand the secrecy. Smoking doesn't bother me at all.
