I'm meant to be going out on a second date tonight..... I'm really not feeling it.

I should cancel shouldn't I? Irrelevant that I've gone to the effort to get a babysitter it's fairer on everyone isn't it?

Depends if it's nerves or a real lack of interest or dislike. Which is it?

pinkpixie83 · 02/10/2018 08:09

It's a he's nice to chat to but I don't feel any physical attraction and he's possibly too intense for me.

I'd cancel, yes. I think a second date should be one that brings with it a sense of excited anticipation. Trust your feelings.

Maybe just go along and see how the 2nd date goes.
I always give them 2 dates just to make sure.
You have a babysitter in place already.
You might enjoy it?

LaGattaNera · 02/10/2018 08:40

Cancel. You know in your heart you don't want to go. Life is too short for you and for him. I have wasted much of my time on men who I pretty much knew straight away weren't for me. Good luck in future OP.

Cancel... in my experience if you're not feeling it you never will

cakecakecheese · 02/10/2018 09:05

If you're not feeling it don't go. Can you make use of the babysitter anyway, go to a singles night, catch up with a friend etc?
