Have been separated from stbxh for 2 months now, but we were more platonic for the last couple of years so feel ready to try and "move forward" and maybe start a new relationship.
Problem is I have no idea how to meet anyone! Have tried online dating but I struggle with it, get so scared.
I was with H since I was 18 (now 30) and it's the only relationship I've ever been in.
Where do I start??
