FFS COURT HEARING FOR CHILD MAINTENANCE!

Just had this in post - the f&&king c*t is going ahead with it! Am I surprised no not really just could really do without this 1 f*king November! Should take this as being good sign 1 11 and all that! Bang goes my mood and ability to try and remain f&&king positive!

I spoke to CMS last week after yet another f&&ked up monthly payment! I think I will speak to them again in a bit! The f&&ker is contesting every f&&king penny! There are arrears CMS says £5700 f&&ker says £3000! Even the lady said what makes it worse is that he can clearly afford it! I told him her his holiday he just got back from probably cost more than £5k!

My experience of court to date is f&&king awful - I end up a f&&king emotional blob and cant express myself i lost the family home as a result of this I got shafted at final hearing! And here I have to go through it all again! The f&&ker knows this - this is deliberate - I need to get my head in gear and sort out some f88king plan!

Sorry for the f&&king swear words I am just so f**ked off with this whole bloody farce - anyone want an example of continual financial and emotional abuse - this is it!

Can I recommend you go to your doctors and get something to calm you down on the day. I end up a complete mess with anything like this, if I have to talk to people and it’s important, and yes, When in court too! I hyperventilate and panic and manage to reduce myself to a jibbering wreck!

I finally got fed up and went to the doctor, he gave me vallium, just enough to calm me down, so I could actually say what I wanted to say, but not enough so I felt drugged up. Worked fucking miracles. Wish I’d done it sooner.

Who will be with you in court OP? Would a McKenzie friend be any help?

He has to prove he doesn't owe the arrears by producing proof of employment or non employment, payslips etc

Mine was a dick too. The good news is he has to pay arrears even after the kids have left higher education.

My exs payments will continue for a number of years. I love the fact that the I'll be a thorn in the f}#%*ers side for a time to come even after the kids have grown. He should have paid years ago.

You swear as much as u want. My ex tried to contest the arrears but couldn't prove it

this has knocked me out for the day - he has his own business so can basically say he earns what he likes - this is the point he fucks about with information tries to manipulate the world and so CMS were working off the figures they got from HMRC which he has complained about because they were from the wrong tax year! And the actual figures are lower - he’s been querying payments and paying minimum he can get away with

It’s about time he got his comeuppance he lies all the time trying to get one over on everyone just to screw me - he has lied to CMS - he has lied to court previously and I forgot but I sent an email to judge during our two final hearings telling her he lied and she ignored it. I need to dig this out

my gp will give me something if I ask - I’m just knocked down again after spending a day at a & e trying to get help for my back. All too much I need this relentless shite to stop!

Just wanted to update it looks as though CMS have finally got their act together - not sure if they have had some major changes or whether someone has finally listened to me.

My case has been reviewed it’s taken into account X’ claims from what I can see and a new payment schedule has been produced -all online. So it just remains to be seen whether x pays this new amount on Monday.

From what I gathered last time he has had more than enough chances to pay and they are aware he has been abusing the system so fingers crossed

Just wanted to add been doing some investigation the hearing for the family home was 11 april 2016 the judge retired on 24 May 2016 now I know why it was all over and done with in 20 minutes because the judge couldn’t really give a shit. All he was doing was counting down the days til he retired and let’s get this done and dusted!

Now im known for freaky stuff - his retirement date - my kids birthday - the kids who wanted to remain in their home and a father that knew this! But went ahead and sold it for a quick buck and to piss me off!

Just wanted to suggest you look at hypnotherapy before the court date. It could help you cope with it and is an alternative to medication. I have a friend who used it when she had to appear as a witness in a trial.

Thankyou @Mary1935 and @Maelwaedd you never know he may decide not to proceed with court now unless he’s still going to pick apart CMS figures or contest something else _ wouldn’t put it past him - such a waste of taxpayers money not to mention emotional strain in me and to achieve what exactly rob me of a few more £ - as if he didn’t do enough already x

Good news about CMS ,

As predicted he’s cancelled the court case let’s see what he can come up with now.

I’ve already sent CMS a letter saying I think he will do this - if what I have just heard on the tv is of any significance I think his time is up - my mum’s funeral song!
