Is my mental health ruining my relationship

I have never had reason not to trust my DH. We have been together 9yrs, always socialise together in the evenings and he is not a pub type of guy. I recently saw a bank statement of his and noticed a transaction to a media company. This turned out to be a dating agency. I would normally just think it was a fraud payment someone made and was DH's justification for this when challenged. However, we have been under strain (me actually) suffering with acute stress and anxiety from work and I have become very antisocial, withdrawn and not wanting to have a physical relationship. I now wonder if I believe DH or whether I have pushed him away?

What was his explanation for the transaction? Did you confront him about it?

Ultimately, you being anxious and withdrawn doesn't make it ok for him to join a dating agency.
