Working with an old flame

An old flame started working at my workplace recently. Fair enough. But I've found out he's been showing some 'intimate' pictures he's kept that I'd asked him to get rid of to other staff I'm good friends with. How should I proceed?

HR, immediately. Keep it official. How absolutely awful of him. Head high, OP. It’s clear why he’s an ex.

I agree, HR. That is horrendous.

HR immediately and I'd also consider going to the police.

Definitely involve HR, that really is awful. And yes, I also think you should consider going to the police.

"Old flame" implies someone for whom you still have some affectionate feelings. This dude is a sexual bully. Go STRAIGHT to HR. If any of your colleagues have been shown these pictures, they should be going to HR as well!!

I work with a number of people that i have had relationships with (dont ask). We don't spread nasty gossip about each other, or share dirty pictures of each other. We treat each other with respect. THAT is what old flames do. This guy needs to be booted out of your workplace.
