In a rut

Been with husband 13 years. We are in a bit of a rut where our evenings follow the pattern of put child to bed 7.30ish and end up sitting on sofa 8pm, not much conversation, spend ages flicking through what to watch where neither of us can agree on what to watch, settle on something that probably neither of us are that interested in and then spend the evening just sat on our phones. I go up to bed 10ish and he stays downstairs till midnight.

How do I break this cycle Sad

Once a week date night eg local pub quiz?
A new shared hobby.
DH & I point score our 'University Challenge' efforts on Mon eve - sounds pathetic but gets us laughing & talking. Also works with Mastermind etc.
Get out locally eg Antiques browsing, shared sport, etc
