Grrrr. It's bloody annoying and stressful isn't it. I could do a better job, unfortunately I don't have the correct letters after my name! The latest hiccup?...... his email doesn't work properly so I never know if I've received (or more correctly-should have received) a reply. My anxiety is through the roof!!

Sorry to hear this op. Cant really help as I dont know what your legal case is about. I think we paid out at least £15,000 in a family court matter ensuring our grandchildren were placed with us. We changed solicitors x 3, first two were mediocre at best. The worst are the ones who boast about what they can do for you as they rarely seem to deliver. The third, well my mil paid for her and insisted we went outside the area in which we live. She was right.

Again for counsel, I only saw one really good barrister throughout and this was Karl Rowley, but based in NW England so not much use to you. He is a QC now.

I wish you luck and hope you get a good recommendation from other posters.
