I saw this on ITV.com www.itv.com/page.asp?partid=7839 and it got me thinking...would i be brave enough to go through all of that?!

Sorry i really was interested in all these stories :D I still can't bring myself to do online dating though - it is just a bit scary for me...plus if it costs money that is just crazy!

Just checked out that ITV site. It's actually a very honest and touching diary of an average woman's struggle to find the partner. Hope things work out for her. I'm thinking of signing up to some sites, the ones on this board look great. Thanks!

I have always been optimistic and looked for the best in people but have had that optimism really dented by someone I met on girlsdateforfree.
I met a very initially charming intelligent and social musician on there who lives around S E London.
He is totally addicted to porn sites but worse he chats online; texts; phones and visits tranvestites.
You would never think this to look at him or talk to him. He is a typical guiness drinking, dart playing male male.
I still find it hard to believe and would love to know how to warn other women about him.
Is there a girlsdateforfree forum for this sort of thing
