So true about male strippers, turns my stomach to be honest. 🤮I particularly like the fill your glass one! 🥂

FissionChips · 01/09/2018 13:06

Plenty of men on Craigslist who’ll willing pay to clean and skivvy for a woman.

PassionFruitPop · 01/09/2018 13:12

If someone is willing to pay me good money to let them clean my toilet and rub my feet then I wouldnt give a fuck about their looks.

fiercelikefrida · 01/09/2018 15:10

All the offended men in the comments 😂

HereIgoagainxx · 01/09/2018 15:19

Fiercelikefrida Grin

CocoDeMoll · 01/09/2018 15:22

The comments are hilarious. All the affronted menfolk Grin

ItchySeveredFoot · 01/09/2018 15:30

Well at first I thought I liked it but then the comments told me I actually didn't.

StripySocksAndDocs · 01/09/2018 15:46

The comments are great. All the 'imagine if this was reversed they'd the outcry!!'.

So dopey because:

a) we don't exactly need to imagine the reverse as we have life and history to help us out.
b) there is an outcry (in the comments) so no actual difference then?

Ofchris · 02/09/2018 10:29

I would massively disagree with women in this role so how can you justify it’s ok for men?

Racecardriver · 02/09/2018 10:40

Well hold on. Is this actually a real company? Its like a buttler come stripper. Or those shirtless chaps in abercromby and finch. I can't decide whether it would make me extremely uncomfortable or whether I could get over it for the sake of never having to do anything myself again.

Keepithidden · 02/09/2018 12:49

Ofchris, it's different because of society's positioning of men and women. This is a reversal if the normal power dynamic, it would have different implications if the roles were reversed.

Unless you believe we live in an equal society, in which case the above wouldn't apply...

Ofchris · 03/09/2018 11:49

I get that but two wrongs don’t make a right. We need to value everyone one as human beings. Idealistic maybe but I don’t see how you can argue against women in demeaning roles but think this kind of thing, and butlers in the buff etc is ok.

Keepithidden · 03/09/2018 20:47

It's a bit subjective though, the two situations cannot be equal due to the power dynamics. So they are not really comparable. The "two wrongs" are not the same.

If you want to argue that it is demeaning, then fair enough. But I don't think you can do that by comparing it with reversed roles.
