It's been mentioned her a few times. Kind of like the script but with the aim of getting your husband back. Does anyone know what I mean?

Pick me dance?

Iscreamforbenandjerrys · 31/08/2018 22:33

Not pick me. It more like a list of rules. Basically acting uninterested.

Almost like grey rock for relationships.

The 180

Iscreamforbenandjerrys · 31/08/2018 22:46

Yes it was the 180. Sadly I've now re-read it and it's shit. 1950s women's magazine advice. I remembered it differently. Confused

Won't be sending it to my heartbroken friend to read Grin

Don't dismiss it too quickly ...I've seen it used a few times and it's been helpful in giving some tools to both shock the husband and restore self esteem to the wife ..even if the relationship doesnt recover it has helped give some purposeful activity to the hurting partner .

I'm finding some of it useful in the current situation with my H.
I have stopped giving him any details of what I am doing and being vague. All of a sudden he is interested and asking me. Some of the other bits are useful to me but I guess you have to pick and choose and depends on the situation.
