What a nobber

So today I told my ex husband i am still in love with him and I just feel so uncomfortable. I can’t sleep. It’s annoying.

It didn’t go majorly badly and he pushed me to say what I want to say. But he can only see the negatives, which ironically was what I could only see when we broke up.

I just feel telling him how I felt has given him the power. Does anyone understand that?

It took me years to get over my ex and he was mentally abusive. It’s called being in love with what you wanted him to be. Also pushing aside all the bad and remembering the small episodes of good.
