And I was wondering whether anyone know which dating site is best for meeting 45 to 60 year olds outside London please.
I don't know where to begin and Google just brings up too many sites.

i met my partner on Plenty Of Fish, theres a lot of weird people you have to wade through but in amongst them are some normal guys who arent weird. your profile just be you thats what i did , listed my interests and put normal pics of me in Malta, Edinburgh, at home and just took it from there, make sure you have tight boundaries for age and wether you want a long term relationship or more casual, as you will get men much older than you want, and ones wanting friends with benefits when you want a relationship, any man who just messages HI, dont bother answering, dont spend weeks messaging , they are the guys who have no intention of meeting,

Thanks Issey. That's useful. I'd heard POF was full of dick pic senders thoughGrin
I should also have said I want to find a way of now running into my young adult kids or their friends on sites either Grin

I would suggest a paid for site affiliated to something you are interested in. Logically, if someone has to part with money to join they are more likely to be ‘serious’ about it, less likely to be looking for an affair etc.
Maybe the Guardian or the Telegraph

to be honest im a bit older than you but was mid fifties when i was on the site and didnt get that many dick pictures , the ones i got i sat laughing at deleted them and totally ignored the person who had sent them, sometimes the weirdos brighten up your day, had a fair few decent dates from there , said on my profile not interested in messaging for weeks, told men to get out of their mancaves i preffered to meet in person my partner i actually messaged him, same sort of age, and education level, i liked his profile so i messaged to say that and his outlook on life, he messaged me back the next day and said would i like to meet for a coffee the next day, and five year later we are still together

Good news there then.
Hmm paid for sites affiliated to something I'm interested in.
That's gardening, comedy and dogs mainly. Oh and sewing, travel, yoga and interior design.

I'll get Googling Grin

KurriKurri · 18/08/2018 22:20

A friend of mine was successful on the Guardian site.

ChinUpShouldersBack · 18/08/2018 22:28
